This machine contains a main engine and an auxiliary engine, with six systems, including cooling hotair system, air purification system, slurry processing system, charging and discharging system, automatic control system and air pipe line. During the operation, the materials are added into the hopper, and heated to reach the boiling state by purified hot air (negative pressure) from the bottom of the granulating chamber. Besides, the slurry processed by the spray system is sprayed to the fluid materials, making them aggregate into granules. The granules are then dried by the hot airflow, forming into ideally uniform, porous and dry ones. The whole process is conducted in an airtight condition.

Divided structure is adopted in the main engine, making it easier to assemble and disassemble. The main engine can be linked directly with the former or latter equipment conveniently.
